All coaches at Kem Muaythai Gym are experienced fighters and high level trainers who have raised champions.
We work with you to attain your goals.

Monday to Saturday
Morning session start: 7am
Afternoon session start: 4pm
Private training can be organised outside of the main training hours. Please enquire via our contact form -
Running before sessions commence (long run morning, short run afternoon)
Warm up: skipping, shadowboxing
Technical: bagwork (4 - 5 rounds), padwork (4 - 5 rounds), technique drills
Sparring
Clinching
Strength & conditioning
Cool down: stretching, meditation
We adjust training to match each persons physical and technical abilities. No day is ever the same.
Fighters are expected to prepare well.

At a minimum, you will need to bring your own gloves and handwraps.
Add a mouthguard, shinguards if you want to participate in sparring.
